Dressing-less Mango-Avocado Salad

Ingredients
  • ¼ red onion, minced
  • ½ avocado, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • ⅓ head of lettuce
  • ½ mango, chopped into bite-sized pieces
Instructions
  1. Mince onions and put into a bowl of water.
  2. Chop avocado into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Wash and dry lettuce.
  4. Tear lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces into a medium bowl.
  5. Chop mango into bite-sized pieces and add to salad leaves.
  6. Add the avocados and the drained, minced onions to the salad.
  7. Mix well, serve, and enjoy!
