Banana Ice Cream with Oat Crumble Topping

This low-fat, sugar-free dessert of banana ice cream with oat crumble topping will leave you satisfied & happy. It's the perfect treat for an ice cream craving at any time of the year.
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, for cooking
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons honey/maple syrup
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of salt
  1. Heat up a tablespoon of coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the rolled oats, honey/maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Keep on heat until oats start to turn golden brown.
  5. In a food processor, blend the frozen banana till it forms the consistency of soft-serve ice cream.
  6. Place banana ice cream in a bowl and top with the oat crumble topping.
  7. Eat with a small spoon so you can savor every little bite!
