Virgin Piña Colada Green Smoothie

  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 handful spinach
  • unsweetened shredded dried coconut, for garnish (optional)
  1. Put pineapple, spinach, banana, and coconut milk in blender, respectively.
  2. Blend.
  3. Top with unsweetened shredded dried coconut. (optional)
  4. Enjoy!
